FAQ

How do I book a photography session?

You can book a session by contacting me through my website, email, or phone. We will discuss your needs, preferred date, and location. To secure your date, a signed service agreement and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required.

How far in advance should I book?

It is recommended to book as far in advance as possible, especially for weekend dates, large events, and peak seasons. For Portrait and Travelogue sessions, booking 4-8 weeks in advance is usually sufficient. For weddings or major corporate events, 6-12 months is highly recommended.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate a new date within three months of the original booking, subject to availability. If a suitable date cannot be found, the deposit will be forfeited.

Where are the photography sessions held?

Sessions can be held at various outdoor or indoor locations. We can discuss locations that best fit the style of photography you are looking for.

What should I wear or bring to the session?

Once your session is booked, I provide a detailed preparation guide relevant to your type of session (e.g., a "What to Wear" guide for portraits or a shot-list guide for commercial work). In general, wear comfortable clothing that reflects the desired mood, and avoid overly busy patterns.

How many photos will I receive?

The number of final, edited images depends on the package you choose and the length of the session. Estimates are provided during the booking process.

Are the photos edited?

Yes, all images you receive will be professionally edited. This includes colour correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, and basic removal of blemishes (e.g., scratches, minor acne) and distractions. My services do not include extensive image retouching or manipulation.

Your final, high-resolution digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery. You will receive a link and password to download your photos.

I use professional-grade camera bodies, lenses, and lighting equipment to ensure the highest quality images. My current setup includes a Nikon Z6III, Nikon Zf, and multiple prime lenses.
